"We were dreaming of an experience like this one. Stephane picked up us very on time at our accommodation. He was extremely friendly and spoke good English. It is very clear he loves his region, and he’s passionate about champagne making. He shared many interesting stories. His friend winemaker was lovely. We were given a good overview on how to make champagne. We went to some big houses and wanted to compare the experiences with “smaller vignerons” This one made us feel special with very welcoming locals and very authentic (home made) products. From growing the grapes until the bottle is ready to be popped and poured in the glass they are amongst those who still do everything. We created our own champagne. As we never did it before, the winemaker help was wonderful and the result amazing. Exactly matching with our personal taste. We came back with several champagnes just to make our friends jealous. It was wonderful, we absolutely recommend!"
