This 4-day Champagne and gastronomic experience offers a unique blend of taste, history, and culture. Your guide will pick you up in Reims or Epernay and drive you safely throughout the days.
The first day, you'll visit two of Reims' great houses: Pommery and Ruinart. These 2 houses of Champagne are linked to art and hosting modern art exhibitions in their cellars. You will enjoy the medival cellars and a double tasting in each. The champagne houses tours are combined with a gourmet lunch with three champagnes paired.
The second day is dedicated to small producers, introducing you to the full range of Champagne and its production process. You'll taste dry and semi-dry Champagne at a Champagne village restaurant and learn about the making process from press to cellars.
On the third day, you'll prepare your own 3-course lunch with a chef and pair it with champagnes. After eating your work drinking Champagne you guide will lead you to a third very different small producer.
The fourth day will stimulate your senses visiting a place where you will put them all to work, you will have a gourmet lunch overlooking the vineyards and tasting a variety of champagnes. An organic winemaker will explain why he changed his way of working and you'll taste a champagne aged in oak barrels.
After the tour, you'll be taken back to the train station or Reims with souvenirs and bottles of Champagne.

4th day : 5 Senses day
Visit a special place to make your 5 senses work to discover the champagne drink and area.
Enjoy a champagne lunch in front of the vineyards
Private visit to a 4th small real Champagne winemaker to discover organic champagnes and oak barels champagnes.
Drive back to the station with a lot of memories
